Some new babies look like large thumbs
Other heads are smashed and purple
I've seen more than just a few of them
Who looked like Winston Churchill
Now, I believe they're all from heaven
But please pardon me if I stare
Most newborns kinda look the same to me
But you got a good one there
Got the perfect nose and eyes
And look at all that hair
As handsome goes, he's exceptional
With qualities quite rare
Between the two of you, he's a combo plate
With great features you both share
As newborns go, he steals the show
Yeah, you got a good one there
Now, we all think our newborns are beauties
And in many ways, that's true
Ain't no big deal when they mess themselves
And we can all see past the drool
But a few of them seem to have been dropped into
The wrong genetic pool
Maybe they'll turn out cute or handsome
Though that's not generally the rule
