My first visit to the new DAMB. Well, I know it's like 6 months old or something, but I haven't been on the board fer awhile - like January or something - so it's new to me.

And confusing too.....

Anyways, welcome.

How do I get a title? Do I hafta earn it?

hey Marty!

This board is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. And yes titles are earned. They move along pretty fast until 100 posts and then they are harder to get.

There is a ton of off topic rambling going on, but we TRY to keep it on the off topic side of the board.

It's a lot of fun too!

Yeah, I was at that hotel and I remeber meeting someone wearing a DA shirt. Was that you? How did you reconize me online?

I've been on the DADL for at least 5 years or so, bti never spent alot of time on this board. It looks like all the nuts migrated over here as the DADL is a bit slower lately!

Yeah, that was me Marty.

I only put two and two together because I knew from the list you were from Texas, and in Galesburg you told me your name was Marty and you were from Texas.

Me and the missus are making a regular habit these days of staying there the nights around the DA/TST/Dogs/77s/etc. C-stone concerts. Maybe we'll have the privilege of meeting you again some time.
