Better yet....
....(if anyone has it yet, that is).... How is it? I don't like live recordings as a rule, but a DVD of the Dogs IS intriguing.... bear this prejudice in mind while answering, please....

.... thanks....

it is very GooD. excellent sound & quality.
it has interview clips etc.
if you are at all a Lost Dogs fan it is a must have.
if you are a DVD fan it is a must have.
if you have seen the Lost Dogs live is a must have.
if you have not seen the Lost Dogs live is a must have.
if you are from Chicago/Illinois is a must have.
if you want to turn-on friends/family to the Dogs...
if you want to support the band...
if you want to not pay $80 on ebay 5 years from now...
If you want to...
I'll stay right here
Or I'll go away
We'll live forever
If you want to...

OK, interesting, particularly the interview clips. Although the M8 Shotgun Angel had that too and that disk sucked. Tell me more....
(actually, this turns out to be the best argument of the bunch....)

Nonono.... that's like circular reasoning or something....

The prejudice.... you forget the prejudice.... this is NOT a selling point for me....

I'm not. Worse yet, I'm from Jersey.

"if you want to turn-on friends/family to the Dogs..." |
I have CDs for that already, and they work great, thanks....

"if you want to support the band..." |
I don't give into that tactic anymore.... my heart has been especially hardened in recent days on this count....

... although granted, I'd like to support jeffrey k. in particular....

I don't use eBay. That's my dad y'r thinking about. And he only buys wolf dishes. Similar but not quite the same as Lost Dogs....

OK, thanks for playing our game. Next.

well O.K. . . . (Engage Critical mode....)
before you read this check my Location please...
First this IS a
Lost Dogs DVD & is well done & well encompassing of there current state of being & captures
one concert, one night, from one perspective.
(jeffery K's & other's who helped put this dvd together)
Second it is an artistic item i.e. black & white concert,
in color interviews, which is a good effect for me...
so the
Lost Dogs 13 track live concert performance
is what you should be wanting when you get this DVD and you will get exactly that, a short
Lost Dogs 13 track live acoustic concert performance.
Bonus solo performances from Mike, Terry, and Derri are just that, one solo song each, that's it. I am sure jeffery K. would have loved to add the whole solo sets but the legal aspects probably prohibit such things...
I believe that BEC ? record company gave the legal permissions that were required for this DVD to even exist to Lo-Fidelity at a very low price, otherwise $$$ would probably prohibited this from even existing...???
the extra bonus audio cd with 8 tracks is fine
I have listened to it once & may listen a few more times...
for me this is a bitter/sweet DVD to own I wish someone would have done a video of this quality in 1992 & again in 2000 before Gene died. & I hope there will be more to come.
I am gald I have it & now I want MoRe ! much thanks to Lo-Fidelity, jeffery K. etc. you have done well.
the Full band Lost Dogs set at cornerstone 2003 SHOULD be done into a DVD at least as a bootleg
(edit the Derri is a ferri part out, at least for John Foxe)
it shows the more rock & roll side of the dogs...
anyway this is just MY opinion, after all I am an utter naïveté
is that better carl ?
