  Email...

Just a note to anyone that might be trying to get a hold of us through email at the moment.. please be patient. We've been seriously backed up on email since Christmas and New Years. We get literally hundreds of emails a day, so if we get backed up for a week or two it can be thousands of emails to dig through. We will get to it, but it just takes some time to get caught up.

Never been popular before, I always imagined the emails we would recieve for being popular would be much more glamorous and pleasant.

MF, if you emailed us, you may want to do it again. I'm not seeing an email from you.

I did receive a message from the server earlier today telling me that there was a problem with the "mail spool." The message didn't say that any messages were missed, but I assume thats a possibility. I'm going to try to look into the problem and see if I can recover any messages that may have been lost, but it might be a good idea to resend it anyway.

We have been putting address update emails in a special folder and updating our preorder list as well as our label printing address software. If you have moved and want to make sure we have the correct one then send it again. Can't hurt. Or PM us here about it.

We actually have kept all the regular emails we have recieved since about 2001. Its jjust like my brother said when we get a little behind on answering things it takes a while to get caught back up. Because every answer takes time to look up the order to see what was ordered and when and then to look up to see if and when it was shipped. If that takes 10 minutes, and we have 60 to do thats 10 hours of just looking up stuff. Not to mention filling orders and our regular jobs and sleep. Usually it ends up being our whole weekend taken up on getting caught back up. Which is fine but it just takes time.

Maybe we could put an asterisk and date by all the names we have an updated address email for on the preorder lists. Maybe that would help.?

Confused

Hmmm.... which address are you writing to/from? And what is the subject line (if you don't mind posting it here that is)?
