  Yup.

I've been to Vanc. BC twice with the Dogs. Gone up a couple times on related matters on my own.

Growing up in this area, we went to BC a great deal. I had relatives from the old country (Russia) there. My dad was born Canadian, fought in the Canadian Navy in WWII and then came to the States.

Commander: glad you got it and enjoyed it. Good

Theo was part of the Gee Just Thongs tour last year.

Out lawyers are talking about a similar gig ... but nothing's been set.

oh, my..........................................................

I'm not quite sure how to envision THAT one!

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Would they be taking Barely ManEnuff's song "This One's For You", and re-lyricking???

This thong will never tell,
They'd never understand,
I don't even wear it well,
I try, but I just can't.
But I wear it every night,
And I fight to keep it on,
'Cause This Thong's For You,
This Thongs's For You.

This Thongs's For You wherever you are,
To say that things are rather strange
Since we've been apart.
This Thong's to show how much I love you...
Like everything else I have,
This Thong's For You, oh.
This Thong's to say that all I can do
Is hope that you won't see me wear
the Thong I stole from you.

I've worn a hundred thongs
Sometimes they're rather tight
But this one's surreal for me
And I'm the one who cries.
But I wear it every night,
And I fight to hide the tears,
Cause This Thongs's For You,
This Thongs's For You.

This Thongs's For You wherever I go,
To say that things are rather strange
Since we've been apart.
This Thong's to show how much I love you...
Like everything else I have,
This Thong's For You, oh.

I've got them all,
It seems, for all it means to me,
But I sing of thongs I miss
And thongs that used to be.
And I wonder every night if you might just miss them too,
This thong's for you,
this thong's for YOU!

... at a loss for works.

Here's hoping all involved in the big shoe will have a great time, and have fun above all else.

To those opening ahead of Theo, make lots of references to his turd brown guitar ... I know it's a Martin and he got a deal on it, but shewillakers, pudding brown? Teee heee. At least it doesn't need a fret job and the intonation isn't out.

Wish I could be there to hear you all.

  A couple of things:

I'm not bringing my Martin. I'm bringing my mahogony Ibenez--which, incidentally, is also poo-poo colored. Roll Eyes

Also, Woggy, save that cylocyban-sandwhich of a brownie for ME!!!! Tongue

IBANEZ - sheesh, if you're going to play one, spel it rite. You're going elclectic this time.

Should do I what I did, get a fast arsed arch, and play like Ted Nugent, and George Thorogood.

Question

the next cd will be the Tuxedo Clad Megastar and theo? right brother? Big Grin

If I had an Ibanez I would spell it wrong too! Tongue

Posted by carl on 09-29-2004 at10:02:

Cool

I had a Ibanez. Played better than the Rickenbacker it was copying, and at a third of the price. Tongue

And it's "psilocybin." I know, from considerable experience (especially that Clash concert at Asbury Park back in '82....Shocked )

Posted by dennis on 09-29-2004 at10:10:

oh let me be a Mountain Dewy-poo Carl! Tongue

All I'm gonna say is, if you get one of those psilocybin sandwiches, don't look down.... Shocked

iT WAS SO FUNNY - yesterday i picked up my daughter and my FIL was watching a hunting show (like , what else??) and I said - "Hey I know that guy- Its Cat Scratch Ted!" He said - "yeah hes a crazy s.o.b." -I said - "in what way?"
"Well , hes all ticks and he likes to jump around on his pickup and pretend to play the guitar.. - I said -" Dick, thats the Ted I love!"-He rocks on the guitar..STILL".....and Dick said- "All I know is hes one deadly sucker with a bow..."
my heart said (and an axe.......)

It was just cool how we could relate together like that..(hes 72) the same thing happens when I bring him an old CAsh or Hank CD...we connect better.
(Hes a great guy..but them moments mean more)
