I've ordered mine from Amazon. It hasn't shipped yet. 
When I ordered, the website said it was due to be published on 8/30. (I had the same problem asking in the local comic shop and Books-A-Million (a case of false advertising if ever there was one.))
Like everyone else, I'm looking forward to the shipping of the special editions. Whwneever they get here it will have been worth the $$ and wait.

We're expecting to have both done and ready to ship this month. Unfortunately, I don't have a solid date to give anyway yet.
There are no major problems with either release, so we don't expect the delay to be very long. We're still trying to get some of the extra tracks for "Hodgepodge".. should still have all of those in a week or so. In addition to that, there are some changes that have to be made to the "Prickly Heat" artwork.
