It's a matter of fiscal consideration. Underlying is the same reason that you don't see/hear DA touring any longer. It is hardly a financially winning game when just Terry & Mike or Terry/Mike/Derri hit the road. Very iffy. So, there's no way they're gonna add extras on the bill--unless it is a special situation where it becomes somewhat practical, as was the case this last Summer for a short stint.
The big consideration for a would-be promoter is this: are you willing to flip the bill for a one time DA show in your town or a town that is most likely to draw the largest audience? That is a realistic and do-able goal.
