My DVD finally arrived yesterday, so I spent the evening watching it. I am pleased with the whole thing, even with the minor video and audio issues.

We're not sure. We wanted to list them in the ending
credits, but couldn't find anyone that could identify the
fella. The general feeling was that he must have just
been a friend of someone's that was helping out that
night.
