I don't really like Target that much. They have a few things that are better (especially housewares) than any Wal-Marty or K-Marty, but mostly what they have is not practical or costs a lot more than other places.

San Bernardino is the worst. I was talking about the one in Victorville but the San Bernardino one is pretty bad too. There is one on the San Bernardino/ Redlands border that is OK. I still choose Target in Redlands or Victorville. They are both super clean and don't appeal so much to the white trash for some reason.

We had a guy come up to us in victorville and ask us for money to make a phone call. I had one of those five dollar phone cards so I gave it to him. He puts it in his pocket and walks around to more cars. A couple guys give him some money and in front of everybody he goes next door to a liquer store Shocked
