Hey Cam,
I must say that was rather long winded...
Perhaps the time used typing that discourse would have been better spent laying down the first track...

I"m not sure about an Eddies worship record but one doen by DA could be interesting.
I'm not a fan of worship recordings myself - unless they are done in a way that does not remind me of a horrible pentecostal church I went to for a while. (you know how it goes... three fast songs, three slow songs and the last line of the last song repeated until lunchtime... And the songs them selves have only about 5 lines anyway [chrous, verse whats that?])

Yes....I could handle the Eddies worship if it's similar to this.
But...........I just don't think Berger could stay under control for a worship record.

That's not what *I* heard! |
|
That Camarillo is so nice, covering for his bandmates and all. What I mean is...
While I was at Starbucks recently I heard a couple of guys talking at a table next to me. Now normally I don't evesdrop and when I do evesdrop I don't give that discussion much weight but these two were dressed in suits and each carried briefcases that bore gold-embossed names of a very prominent recording company.
The gist of their discussion was their disappointment in the delay in the new Eddies album. It seems that part of the normal process is getting Berger dried out enough so he can play. However the rehab is taking longer than normal, which is also increasing the ancillary costs Camarillo referred to. I didn't get to hear any more because the milk foaming machine took that inopportune moment to overheat, filling the store with acrid smoke that drove us all out into the street.

Well- I happened to be on the street when it occurred.
One of those saavy lookin dudes (the one with sunglasses) knocked me on my gluteous maximus when he came rushing out..his briefcase went flying and sprung open on the street.
I helped him pick up part of the pile of Uncle Bens that went wayward-
he tipped his sunglasses, revealing quite a black eye, and stuffed a 100 in my tee shirt pocket, behind my Marlboro hard pack.
With no way to offer acknowlegment (I left my sunglasses at home)
all I could think to say was..
GYSKEWWWKKKK#@!%!
They - of course- thought I was Berger (do we really look that much alike)
on another bender.
I'm writing this update between group sessions here at House of Shining Hope.
Next Topic " Taking the Wind out of Windex."
