It seems that Joey is the attendee most wanted.
To convince a poor divorcee to travel 1500 miles east or south for a BBQ must be the game of the day. Okay, I'll play.
The east coast girls are hip. I really dig those styles they wear.
And the southern girls with the way they talk, they knock me out when I'm down there.
The mid-west farmer's daughters really make you feel alright.
And the northern girls with the way they kiss, they keep their boyfriends warm at night.
BUT...
I know you want to be in California Jooooh eeey!
Check Southwest. $99 or less!

The weather in Minnesota is absolutley predictable. It will either be sunny, rainy, hot, cold, rain, snow, sleat, lightly shower, thunder, pleasent or unpleasent on any given day.
I wasn't aware that there was a MN chapter of anything related to DA. That's why I am moving to California(and for the California girls).

OUCH! That was low.
But, are you suggesting that when one goes to MN they are welcomed into a family that will accept unconditionally, give ceaselessly, and embrace constantly. Because that would be the definition of the opposite of a "fair weather friend". We here in the CA chapter would love to offer all of that, but we do accept the reality that even with the best intentions, friends fall away, time and distance separate and the good times in the past are often the best they'll ever be.
So, dear fence-sitters, if you go to MN seeking friends that will never leave or forsake and carry your burdens through thick and thin the reality is that you will be sorely disappointed.
We in the Golden State won't lie. We'll welcome you, enjoy your company and remember the good times we had. But that's not all. We'll offer you Terry and Mike, warm sun, the best carne asada ever tasted by human lips and a little taste of what Charles Manson and Roy Rogers both called home in one of the most beautiful natural rock canyons in the country.
Again, The West is the best. Get here and we'll do the rest.

This is ridiculous! We're all DAmbers East,West or Mid-West! I say let's all throw a BBQ the guys (Mike and Terry) will love then they will decide which one was the best! Cut this CRAP out! Let's enjoy ourselves wherever we are and pray for those who can't be with us. Sorry if I sound like a spoilsport but I believe we are all family here, so let's act like it. I'm all for a little competition but let's back-off a little.
