1. Please include the invoice number and/or date of the order with all inquiries.
Most importantly, please include your full name with every email. We can't look up your order if we don't know who you are!
2. Please do not reply to the invoice - we will not receive your message if you do.
3. Be patient - orders go out as fast as possible - usually within 24 or 48 hours,
in the order in which they were received. From time to time however, we do experience
shipping delays with certain titles.
4. Carefully read all of the information for the items you order.
5. If you enter a correct email address, you should receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information within 48 hours. If you do not receive this information, please look in your spam and trash folders before you contact us. If necessary, we can send you the tracking info once you have done that.
