Surprise guests Rob Watson, Burliegh Drummond and Jeff Elbel also performed with Terry & Mike (who were just as surprised as everyone else). Mike & Terry were surprised repeatedly throughout the night with short video segments played on TV screens at each side of the stage. The first video segment included a short greetings from Michael W. Smith, and Amy Grant, who also held up a copy of The Swirling Eddies' Sacred Cows CD. Later video segments included two comedic documentaries/biographies on Terry & Mike, and lastly, a "Top 10 list" of Lost Dogs songs read by Dick Clark.

  • Comedian David Brenner nearly filmed a short message to the band as well. In a strange series of events, the DA webmasters found themselves chatting with Brenner while this event was being planned and threw out the idea of him filming a "tribute" to a band he had never heard of. Brenner thought the idea was bizarre and funny enough that he wanted to do it and even had a lot of ideas for a full comedy bit. Scheduling became an issue with other appearances for the comedian and the video was never made.

Terry Scott Taylor ~ All Day Sing and Dinner on the Ground

  • Terry's and Mike's All Day Sing and Dinner on the Ground EP is sold for the first time at this show. The Townsend brothers frantically hand assembled the packaging for all of the discs prior to catching a plane to California before the show. The packaging consisted of small cardboard sleeves and printed labels that had to be cut and stuck to the sleeves. Each label contained an industrial strength adhesive that would slowly start to eat away your flesh as you put each disc packaging together.
